	Louise: Having worked at the salon since age sixteen, Louise fulfilled her lifelong ambition by taking over the business in June 2004. She has developed the salon’s modern style and relaxed atmosphere over the last few years and also happens to be our the most experienced stylist. Her overwhelming desire is to maintain the distinctive ‘Elle Es’ approach to client care and staff development.
	Natalie: Promoted as Assistant Manager to Louise in January 2007, Natalie has 7 years qualified experience and specialising in long hair, straightening, cutting and colouring. She has undertaken a number of professional courses over recent years, including Goldwell Creative Cutting for Men, Redken Quest Customer Care and Time Management and Redken Colour Exchange. The latter in particular has brought new and exciting ideas to the salon and our clients certainly value Natalie’s expertise on our Redken range.
	Stephanie: Having originally qualified in 1989 and with ten years at the salon behind her, Stephanie’s reliability and experience are invaluable. For the benefit of our longer standing clients, we are delighted to confirm that we have secured her increased commitment to the salon and, with the exception of Wednesdays, Stephanie is now available for appointments on all other weekdays. For those that don’t yet know, her particular speciality is men’s and short hair, although she is equally adept at perming and colouring.
	Nikki: Our most recently recruited stylist, Nikki is NVQ level 2 qualified and has previously worked at well known St Albans salons. Mainly taking bookings on a Saturday, Nikki excels in colour and customer care.
	Rhyann: Our Salon Assistant, Ryhann will hopefully be the next to join our apprentice programme. Very friendly and attentive, Rachelle has already established a good rapport with our existing customers.
